The 2004-2005 prepaid fuel program ends May 31, 2005. We are offering those customers with credit balances remaining 1 of 2 options:
- Rollover the credit toward more oil at the new prepaid rate
- Have the credit balance refunded by check. Please contact us by June 30, 2005 if you wish to receive a refund by check. If we do not hear from you by June 30, 2005 we will automatically rollover your prepay credit at the new prepaid rate.
For all those who did not participate in our prepay program for the 2004-2005 heating season and are interested in enrolling for the 2005-2006 heating season, the following paragraphs explain the 2005-2006 prepay program.
How do I get started?
Simply determine the number of gallons you wish to reserve: if you do not have an account with us; one must be established. If you already have an account you should have received a form via mail. Simply complete and sign the order form, and mail it to us along with your payment. Order forms and payments must be received by August 15, 2005.
When do my deliveries occur under the prepay program?
Your prepaid fuel will be delivered automatically between September 1, 2005 and May 31, 2006. Any deliveries before September 1, 2005 will be charged at the current market price.
What occurs if I have not used the prepaid fuel in full by May 31, 2006?
All accounts with credit remaining as of May 31, 2006 will have the option to rollover the dollar value of the remaining prepaid fuel to the 2006-2007 program or receive a refund in June 2006.
What occurs if I use all of my prepaid fuel before May 31, 2006?
Deliveries will continue automatically at the prevailing rate at the time of delivery.
Prepaid Oil Program Requirements:
**PLEASE READ CAREFULLY**
- Minimum purchase of 300 gallons
- Automatic delivery on all accounts
- Fuel must be paid in full upon return of signed agreement card
- We must receive your signed purchase card and your payment by August 15, 2005
- Price good while supply lasts
- If initial supply runs out we reserve the right to continue this program at a different price
- New customers must call our office at (610) 372-2709 to set up a new account prior to prepaying
- Businesses and apartments please add 6% Pennsylvania state sales tax
- Final deliveries at end of program in 2006 will be 150 gallons or more
- Example: 50 gals of prepay left – 100 gals of additional fuel must be purchased at prevailing rate
- Deliveries will continue automatically after May 31, 2006 at the prevailing rate unless cancelled in writing
- After May 31, 2006 any credit left over from prepay can be rolled over at the new prepay rate for the 2006-2007 heating season or you may request a refund
- Any refund request before May 31, 2006 will be charged a processing fee

How do I prepay for my fuel?
Determine how many gallons you would like to prepay, multiply this number by the prepay price given by our office staff for the fuel that you are prepaying. Then simply send us a check for the total amount (businesses please remember to add appropriate tax). Again, if you do not have an account established, one must be established prior to prepaying.
