Automatic Payment
For the ultimate in convenience, we can automatically charge your credit card on a monthly basis. Any balance owed on your account at month end will automatically be charged to your credit card, zeroing out the account. With the automatic payment plan, you’ll automatically receive a 2-cent discount per gallon!
Budget Plan
For those on a fixed income or those who prefer to spread out their costs, our 12-month budget program is a great fit. Ask about including your service contract in your payment for just a few dollars more. This is a great way to anticipate your expenses for the upcoming year. Please note, automatic delivery is required for this plan.
How does the Budget Plan work?
At the beginning of the Budget Season (June) we determine your average monthly payment, which is based on your estimated annual consumption of fuel. Each month, you will receive a monthly Budget Statement. It will indicate your regular monthly payment as well as any other charges not covered by your Budget Plan. To help you make sure that your Budget Plan remains on track, we will review your account halfway through the season and adjust your monthly payment if necessary. This way if the weather is warmer or colder than anticipated, we can adjust your Budget accordingly and prevent you from having a large debit or credit balance at the end of the Budget Season.
10-Day Discounts
Standard payment terms are 30 days, but if you pay within 10 days of delivery we will pass on an additional two cents off per gallon for instant savings.

You won’t get that sinking feeling that comes when you realize that you forgot to check your tank. And best of all, automatic delivery doesn’t cost you a penny more!
Automatic delivery for fuels for your business or farm – like propane, diesel fuel (on-road and off-road use) or gasoline can also be arranged. Many of our customers swear by the better performance they get with our gasoline. Whatever your needs, you’ll find that we use only quality additives in all our products. After all, “Quality” is our middle name.

We make it a point to give you our best price every day. Our prices are determined by the market, volume, storage capacity and payment terms. We don’t have “low” introductory offers and we won’t creep up our margins after you’re with us for a while either. We do everything we can for you up front because you shouldn’t have to worry about whether or not you are paying a fair price for your fuel.
Don’t Get Left Out in the Cold
One important question to ask is if a company has the ability to supply fuel if there is an interruption in supply. With over a half million gallons of home heating oil and over 100,000 gallons of propane storage, Bernville Quality Fuels has the largest storage capacity of any company in Berks County for residential use. With the advent of pipelines, most companies have very little storage on hand in comparison to their daily volume delivered. This storage saves you money when there is a sudden increase in fuel prices.
